Les salariés licenciés dans le cadre du plan social de Well recevront en moyenne près de deux ans de salaire net, soit au total, avec les mesures d’accompagnement, une enveloppe de 17 millions d’euros.
C’est en tout cas ce qu’indique le PDG de Well, Eric Pinot, dans un entretien au Journal du Dimanche.
Pour rappel, la direction de Well (collants et bas) a annoncé fin novembre son intention de délocaliser sa production en Asie et en Italie. 300 emplois sur 438 actuels vont être supprimés et seuls les emplois dans la logistique et la distribution devraient être maintenus.
