easyJet : le fondateur sort du Conseil d’Administration

haji-404_681935c.jpgSelon un communiqué publié vendredi par la compagnie low-cost easyJet, son fondateur, Stelios Haji-Ioannou, a quitté le conseil d’administration de la compagnie.

Objectif affiché : « exercer plus librement ses droits d’actionnaire ». Des changements  à prévoir au sein de la structure financière de la société ?

M. Haji-Ioannou est accompagné dans sa démarché par un autre membre du Conseil d’administration, Bob Rothenberg. Tous deux y siègent en tant que représentants d’easyGroup, actionnaire à 26,2% d’easyJet.

M. Haji-Ioannou aurait pour volonté d »obtenir des changements dans la stratégie de la compagnie ».

Ce qui en signifie en termes clairs affichés noir sur blanc dans un communiqué parallèle que Haji-Ioannou estime déjà depuis quelque temps « que la direction d’easyJet poursuit la mauvaise stratégie dans son expansion. »
