ECA-Cybernétix : un groupe en formation

L’Europe de la construction aéronautique est en bonne voie. Reste à faire l’Europe des chemins de fer et de la marine. Avec ses constructeurs et ses équipementiers.

La marine, justement. Les sociétés ECA et Cybernétix – sans doute inconnues du public- ont des positions de niche très fortes dans la robotique, en particulier dans la robotique sous-marine. ECA est co leader mondial des « drônes sous-marins » anti-mines.

Cybernétix a connu d’importants déboires financiers – des diversifications hasardeuses menées malgré une sous-capitalisation.

L’annonce de la reprise par l’actionnaire majoritaire de ECA (Pelican Venture) des 14 % du capital de Cybernétix détenus par Technicatome (Areva) est un premier pas vers un mariage des deux équipementiers situés à Toulon et Marseille.

En bourse, je ne m’attends hélas pas à une revalorisation significative de Cybernétix, qui est encore sur la corde raide financière. Si ECA lancait une OPA maintenant, l’offre serait déplorable.

Je recommande toutefois aux amateurs de « petits » dossiers de suivre dans la durée ces deux-là.
