  1. Cette émission est affligeante de ridicule, théatrale au possible avec une bandes de « comédiens » peu crédibles et légèrement crétins.
    Pour moi qui suit le marché immobilier et les divers blogs (baissiers) depuis presque 2 ans j’ai beaucoup ris même
    si je n’ai pas voulu suivre l’émission entièrement.
    En effet, tenter de faire croire à quelqu’un que son bien ne se vend pas parce que la déco est moche ou surchargée ou que le bien n’est pas mis en valeur blablablabla et enfin enoncer une raison un peu plus vraisemblable : le prix n’est-il pas surestimé ?? Mais oui c’est bien sur !! on y avait même pas pensé !!!
    J’ai vraiment l’impression qu’on nous prends pour des cons.

  3. CEla revient au même entre baisser le prix et mettre pour 20000 euros de rénovation dans sa maison avant de la vendre… D’ailleurs pendant l’emmission on donnait le prix des matières premières, jamais celui de la main d’oeuvre; (forcement refaire toute l’électricité ça ne coute rien!)

  4. Exact, dans ce cas autant ne pas faire de travaux et baisser le prix. Mes parents avaient refait l’isolation des fenêtres PVC double vitrage pour vendre. Ils auraient mieux fait de baisser le prix…TSSSS
