Une maison sous USB ce n’est pas nouveau. Cela existe depuis plus de 20 ans au USA et même en France sous le nom de norme X-10. Je l’ai installé chez moi. Ce système utilise l’installation électrique existante.
Par contre cela ne fonctionne pas bien ou pas du tout dans les installations anciennes à cause des parasites dans le circuit électrique. Donc pensez-y lors votre achat immobilier, n’achetez pas trop ancien sinon vous serez contraint de refaire tout le circuit électrique.
Je me suis bcp intéressée à la domotique et à la maison intelligente. Je compte y consacrer de nombreuses pages à l’avenir.
