L’OCDE avertit : il y a bulle immobilière au Danemark…

Danemark…et en France ou encore en Espagne.

Bonjour Marie,

L’OECD mentionne la bulle au Danemark et en France.

« Over-mortgaged Danish homeowners are perilously close to being trapped by a collapsing housing market

Denmark’s housing market is one of the most volatile in the OECD, according to a report from the organisation published Tuesday. Source : OECD warns of housing bubble

The report names Denmark in the company of France, Spain, and the US as countries where the housing prices may have reached ‘unsustainable’ levels.

‘When price corrections set in, housing markets could reduce the rate of economic growth, even though economies were basically healthy, Jean-Philippe Cotis, the OECD’s chief economist, wrote in the report. »

Cordialement,

Yannick
