L’annonce des résultats annuels -la semaine dernière- a fait plonger le titre de plus de 25 % à ce jour.
La direction d’Altran n’a pas su respecter les annonces-promesses faites au marché en février au sujet des résultats 2004. Les problèmes de contrôle de gestion ne sont visiblement pas réglés.
Ce n’est pas la première douche froide. Souvenez-vous d’août 2004.
Eduqué à craindre les publications de résultats d’Altran, le marché devrait maintenant faire végéter la valeur, avec une baisse tendancielle vers 6 euros. En-deçà de 6 euros, le groupe deviendrait bon marché, avec une capitalisation inférieure à la moitié du chiffre d’affaires.
La publication du chiffre d’affaires semestriel cet été, des résultats semestriels et l’exposé du plan « Altran 2008 » cet automne pourraient alors réveiller la valeur.
D’ici là, assez peu de volatilité, je le crains. Trading pas facile.
