Macron pour une réforme des retraites avant l’été 2019 et un grand choc !

Profitez bien de 2018 …. car 2019 pourrait être bouleversifiant ! S’adressant à l’audience de rentrée de la Cour des Comptes, le Président Emmanuel Macron a en effet déclaré lundi qu’il souhaitait que la future réforme des retraites soit finalisée « avant l’été 2019 ». Vous remarquerez au passage que la période estivale a été choisie comme date butoir. Encore une fois l’exécutif semble vouloir profiter des congés de ses concitoyens pour amender voire bouleverser des textes d’une importance majeur pour leur devenir. Difficile en effet de battre villes et campagnes pour rameuter les foules et organiser d’éventuelles grèves et manifestations alors que la plupart des salariés seront en villégiature. Une période loin d’avoir été choisie au hasard, donc.

En tout état de cause, l’ancien ministre de l’Economie de François Hollande a déclaré lundi qu’il souhaitait que « l’ensemble des textes » de « ce grand chantier » soit finalisé « avant l’été 2019 ». Ajoutant que le dossier devra provoquer « un grand choc de lisibilité ». Espérons que le choc ne soit pas d’une plus grande ampleur … mais permettez-moi d’en douter … Etrange usage d’un tel vocabulaire … Nous reprocherons-nous bientôt de résister aux changements, en accord avec quelques procédés de formatage des esprits qui sévissent ici ou là ?

Rappelons à toutes fins utiles que durant la campagne présidentielle, Emmanuel Macron avait « promis » de remplacer la trentaine de régimes de retraite existants par un système universel par répartition. Il s’était alors montré en faveur d’un mécanisme « permettant » qu’un euro cotisé garantisse à tous les mêmes droits à pension.  Certes …. mais le candidat désormais Président semblait alors jouer sur les mots pour ne  pas dire créer la confusion. Omettant de préciser dans son raisonnement …. que son discours s’adressait surtout aux « riches » … car pour pouvoir cotiser un euro …. il faut tout d’abord pouvoir en disposer … et être assez large financièrement parlant pour l’épargner pour construire sa retraite. Le système – financier – promu par Emmanuel Macron ne prêterait-il donc – attention – qu’aux riches ?
