Deutsche Telekom entend ainsi « simplifier les processus de comptabilité au sein du groupe et économiser des coûts ». Rappelons à cet égard, que la cotation sur le New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) implique le respect de certaines normes comptables et de publication parfois spécifiques aux Etats-Unis.
Le groupe conservera toutefois son bureau de relations investisseurs sur la place.
Rappelons que l’action Deutsche Telekom a fait son entrée à la Bourse de New York en 1996, parallèlement au début de sa cotation sur la place de Francfort.,
