La Caisse des dépôts (CDC) est monté à 10% du capital de Carbone Lorraine, groupe spécialisé dans les solutions en graphite et les composants électriques.
C’est en effet ce que précise une déclaration transmise à l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), publiée mardi.
La CDC détient désormais au total 10,01% du capital et des droits de vote de Carbone Lorraine, dont 5,63% via le Fonds stratégique d’investissement (FSI) et 4,38% en propre.
Dans sa déclaration, la CDC annonce « envisager de continuer à se renforcer au capital de la société dans les mois à venir », mais « ne pas avoir l’intention de prendre son contrôle ».
Le FSI indique quant à lui que cette nouvelle montée au capital de Carbone Lorraine résulte de sa volonté de s’inscrire en actionnaire de long terme du groupe pour accompagner sa stratégie de croissance.
La nomination de Jocelyne Canetti comme représentante du FSI au conseil de surveillance de Carbone Lorraine doit être votée lors de la prochaine assemblée générale du groupe, le 20 mai prochain.
La « candidate », âgée de 59 ans, diplômée de l’Ecole Normale Supérieure, a fait l’essentiel de sa carrière au sein d’EDF, en particulier dans des fonctions opérationnelles. Elle a été Directeur de la Division Entreprises à la Direction Commerce et exerce aujourd’hui la responsabilité de Médiateur du Groupe EDF.
