La Bourse de Paris en danger selon les salariés de la filiale informatique d’Euronext

Nyse-euronext L’avenir de la Bourse de Paris préoccupant ? C’est ce que laissent entendre des salariés de la filiale informatique d’Euronext, NYSE Technologies. Selon eux le déplacement d’infrastructures techniquez de la place parisienne vers Londres, serait susceptible d’entraîner le déménagement outre-Manche de sociétés de courtage.

A l’occasion d’un rassemblement organisé vendredi à Paris pour exiger un accord d’intéressement de groupe, les salariés ont fait part de leurs préoccupations concernant le devenir moyen-terme de la place boursière parisienne.

Filiale à 100% de NYSE-Euronext, société née de la fusion entre Euronext (Paris, Amsterdam, Bruxelles, Lisbonne) et la bourse de New-York (NYSE), NYSE Technologies emploie environ 200 personnes.

Selon les syndicats, les projets de réduction d’effectif chez NYSE Technologies, avec notamment des déplacements de serveurs de Paris à Londres, « probablement au premier trimestre 2010 » pourraient avoir de multiples conséquences.

Ce changement géographique devrait entraîner le déménagement des donneurs d’ordre, en vue de diminuer le temps d’éxécution des transactions, lequel se compte en « millisecondes.

Début mai, le groupe boursier US NYSE Euronext a annoncé qu

  1. Ce mariage avec le NYSE fini très mal. En fait Euronext était déjà présent à Londres suite au rachat du Liffe.
    Comme dit dans l’article beaucoup d’emplois financiers vont traverser la manche afin de se rapprocher des moteurs de cotations. Les sociétés françaises seront cotées en euros hors de la zone euro quel paradoxe !
    Par contre attention aux termes utilisés, une bande passante supérieure ne permet pas d’acheminer un ordre plus rapidement par contre elle permet d’acheminer plus d’ordre en même temps, un peu comme si les routes nationales et les autoroutes étaient limités à 90, une voiture roulant seule sur la route parcourra la même distance.
    De toutes façons le même sort était arrivé aux bourse d’Amsterdam et Bruxelles et d’un autre coté si Euronext avait rejoint la bourse allemande le déménagement se serait fait vers l’est.
    Qu’en pense notre cher président ?

  2. Sur la bande passante : le gateau est plus grand
    apres c’est un pb à la fois de nombre et de grosseurs de parts
    s’agissant de la fibre optique, le debit est au moins 10 fois supérieur … donc des transacations + rapides , si la capacité de trafic est bien géré par l’opérateur en fonction de ses engagements contractuels

  4. Elisabeth, il ne faut pas oublier non plus que la bourse est régie par des lois d’équité. Ainsi une grosse banque ne doit en théorie ne pas être avantagée par rapport à une petite.
    Et sinon Euronext utilise depuis belle lurette de la fibre optique sur son c
