Bien entendu, dans ce genre d’opération, seuls les premiers à avoir l’idée font parler d’eux et bénéficient de la couverture médiatique (la presse locale a également relaté l’histoire). Une manière originale, donc, pour vendre sa maison et comme le dit Micheline, la copine,  dans le reportage : « les américains le font depuis très longtemps » alors….
