A400m20minutos L’A400 M volera-t-il un jour dans un ciel sans nuages ? Raisonnablement on est en droit de douter. Certes, me direz-vous, Sarkozy a affirmé récemment que la Russie devait faire face à « un tel nombre de défis intérieurs fantastiques à relever » qu’il ne la voyait pas comme une menace…. ce qui laisserait sous-entendre que le besoin n’est pas « pressant » …. mais tout de même.

Le très « élyséen» Figaro assure mardi que le futur avion de transport militaire d’Airbus ne sera pas livré avant « fin 2012 ». « Mieux encore », ce nouveau retard entraînerait un surcoût d’environ 5 milliards d’euros. Un chiffre démenti par le groupe, quant au retard …

Le quotidien français aurait eu connaissance d’une note confidentielle adressée par la division militaire d’Airbus, Airbus Military, à l’OCCAR, l’Organisation européenne de Coopération en matière d’Armement. Selon cette note, le vol d’essai serai «  prévu début 2010 et la première livraison, fin 2012. Une seconde livraison est garantie fin 2013″. « Ce n’est qu’en 2014 qu’Airbus sera capable de fournir plusieurs avions aux armées clientes », précise également le quotidien.
