L’opération valorise la holding de Louis Petiet à 40 millions d’euros.
L’inscription de Krief Group sur le marché libre des actions interviendra le 19 février prochain. Le groupe avait annoncé dès le 21 janvier sa volonté de s’introduire à la Bourse de Paris, l’opération devant initialement intervenir fin janvier.
L’inscription se fera par cotation directe. Dans ce cadre-là, 12.500 actions (sur un total de 10 millions) seront proposées à un prix unitaire de 4 euros.
