La commission des Finances du Sénat prépare une série d’amendements au projet de loi de finances 2006. Leur objectif est de réduire le déficit du budget de l’Etat d’environ 500 millions d’euros, soit en réduisant ses dépenses, soit en augmentant ses recettes.
Rappelons que la rareté du foncier et le prêt à taux zéro, sont considérés comme deux éléments parmi d’autres qui ont contribué à la hausse continue du prix du m² depuis 1999. Le Sénat redoute un retournement brutal du marché immobilier, et l’Etat l’a chargé d’évaluer le risque d’un krach immobilier.
