Vous l’aurez peut-être remarqué si vous suivez régulièrement la partie « commentaire » du blog : parmi les billets (nombreux) que j’ai mis en ligne, il y en a un qui revient très souvent à la surface. Le billet intitulé « Un chantier Bouygues prend du retard… » rédigé le 25 janvier 2008 (on va fêter les six mois), tranquillement, mais surement, vient de franchir les 50 commentaires. La raison ?
Un bon référencement sur internet car l’internaute qui se retrouve en difficulté avec Bouygues version BTP, en tapant « chantier bouygues » tombera forcément sur le billet en question dès la première page de résultat (merci Google). Ensuite, chose logique, le chantier (en difficulté) de Bouygues Immobilier sur la ZAC du Hameau de la Madeleine dans la commune de Chelles à attiré Villa Latinum (meaux), Coeur Longchamps dans les Bouches-du-Rhône , Villa Vendôme (Antony, IDF) et Julien Courbet (je plaisante à peine – voir le 51ème commentaire signé Christine). Je précise cependant qu’à la lecture des commentaires de ce billet montrant dans quelle panade se trouvent certains futurs (mais incertains) propriétaires, il est important de ne pas généraliser à l’ensemble des projets de ce constructeur-promoteur, loin de là.

Vous parlez ici de bouygues, je tiens à signaler bien pire dans la région grenobloise avec le promoteur Nexity Georges V qui ne fait qu’accumuler des mois de retard.Avec eux jusqu’à la reservation vous etes traité comme un roi, aprés comme un c….
